Our Philosophy

EBS was founded as EBS Insurance Brokers, Inc. in 1997 by Paul J. Rooney to function as a full service insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Our mission is to understand our clients’ business objectives and goals in order to identify the most competitive Employee Benefit and Retirement Plan Programs available to support those objectives.
