EBS Managing Partner joins Boston Business Journal Leadership Trust

Boston Business Journal Leadership Trust is an Invitation-Only Community for Top Business Decision Makers in Greater Boston

NEWTON, Ma., July 9, 2020 — Paul J. Rooney, CEBS, Managing Partner of EBS Insurance Brokers, joins Boston Business Journal Leadership Trust, ​an exclusive community for influential business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs in Greater Boston.

Paul was chosen for membership by the Boston Business Journal Leadership Trust Selection Committee due to his experience, leadership and influence in the local business landscape and beyond. Paul oversees business operations for the firm while advising employers on group health, life and disability benefit funding methods, plan design, cost containment, and state and federal compliance issues. He is a charter member on the advisory board for United Benefit Advisors (UBA), serves on the Broker Advisory Council at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, is an instructor at Boston University’s Metropolitan College and Suffolk University, and is an active member of the New England Employee Benefits Council as well as the Board of Directors for the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs of Boston.
